These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with Clearcoat. By placing an order you accept them.

1. Who we are

2. Products

Clearcoat sells a botanical collar pendant intended to help repel fleas, ticks and mosquitoes. It is a deterrent, not a veterinary medicine.

It is not a treatment for an existing infestation, not a wormer, and not a heartworm preventive. It does not replace veterinary advice or any parasite programme your vet recommends. If your dog is unwell, speak to a vet.

3. Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly between screens. If a product arrives materially different from its description, tell us and we'll refund or replace it.

4. Safe use

The pendant is not a toy and is not to be chewed or swallowed. Keep out of reach of children. Consult your vet before use if your dog is pregnant, nursing, prone to seizures, or under 8 weeks old. Remove the pendant if you notice any skin reaction and stop using it if symptoms persist beyond one week.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Prices and promotions can change at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is taken at the time of order.

6. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, where a price or description error has occurred, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

9. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies those rights. Where we are permitted to limit liability, our liability is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the price paid.

The text, images and design on this site belong to Clearcoat and may not be reproduced without permission.
