Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be able to try Clearcoat without risk. If it isn't right for your dog, send it back.
Our 30-day promise
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a refund, for any reason. No photos, no form, no explanation needed. Email us and we'll take it from there.
How to request a refund
Email contact@getclearcoat.com.au with your order number and the words "refund request". We reply within 2 business days with a return address.
Once the pendant reaches us we process the refund within 5 business days, to your original payment method. Depending on your bank it can take a further 3 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
Condition of returned items
The pendant can be returned used. Please send back the pendant itself and, where possible, the tin.
Return postage
For a change-of-mind return under our 30-day promise, you pay the return postage. We recommend a tracked service — we can only refund items we receive.
If the item is faulty, damaged in transit, incorrect or not as described, we pay the return postage and you choose between a replacement or a full refund.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full including postage, whichever you prefer.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The 30-day promise above is offered in addition to your Australian Consumer Law rights. It does not limit or replace them.
