Shipping Policy
Clearcoat ships across Australia.
Processing
Orders are packed within 1 to 2 business days of payment. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are packed the next business day.
Delivery times
Australia: 4 to 7 business days from dispatch.
Remote and regional addresses can take a few days longer. These are estimates, not guarantees — once a parcel is with the carrier, the timeframe is theirs.
Shipping cost
A flat rate applies to single-pendant orders and is shown at checkout before you pay.
Free shipping on orders of two pendants or more.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is collected. If you haven't received it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email us.
Delayed parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, email contact@getclearcoat.com.au with your order number. We'll open an enquiry with the carrier and keep you updated until it's resolved.
Lost or damaged in transit
If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, or arrives damaged, we replace it at our cost or refund you in full — your choice. Send us a photo if the packaging is damaged.
Wrong address
Check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped to an address you supplied, we can't recover it.
